At Servco Care we believe in doing things differently, we bring the personal touch to the support we provide and although a family can never be replaced, we strive to be just that. We are determined to become the industry leaders in delivering the highest standard of care for semi-independent living.

Our diverse team is made up of carefully selected support staff from all backgrounds who combined have over 20 years of experience in adult and social care. Many of our support staff come from some of the most deprived boroughs in the UK which is why we know what it takes to overcome struggles and empower someone to change their life.

We believe in delivering the highest level of care which is why every young person and their associated care package is regularly reviewed by our Head of Care to ensure targets are being met and a consistent level of care is provided across all our sites. We work with boroughs in Central/East London but have sites across London and Greater London to accommodate for most Local Authorities. We invest heavily on our staff and accommodation. All our sites are newly refurbished and specifically designed to promote a warm homely feeling. We understand the importance mental health, a tranquil atmosphere promotes self-healing and positive growth.

Our ethos is collaboration and team work. We work in partnership with the Local Authority and the individual young person to create specific, measurable goals that helps empower the young person to achieve the most out of life. Our follow on support and life skills training provide all the tools necessary for a young person to transition to independence and become a valuable member of society.
