We provide flexible, affordable care packages and work in close partnership with the Local Authority to provide the most adequate care possible. Our care packages and development milestones are regularly monitored to accelerate the path to independence

OUTREACH & FLOATING SUPPORT

We cater to the unique needs of every individual. What ever level of support is required we can accommodate.

MOVE ON PLAN

Our care does not finish at the door step. We provide move on support to promote independence with the reassurance that we're always here if you need us

24/7 EMERGENCY SUPPORT

We provide emergency temporary/short term accommodation or support to limit the impacts of being displaced. Our phone lines are monitored 24hrs a day to ensure we're here when you need us

MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT

The symptom of long term abuse, we understand the importance of mental health. Our specialist mental health nurses are at hand imminently to kick start the self healing process. We also heavily promote the importance of a balance diet and a healthy lifestyle as part of our remedy to improve ones mental health

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT & LIFE SKILLS

We provide regular workshops and have access to courses for all types skills required in life including Further Education, Life & Social Skills, Healthcare (including Sexual Health), Money Management and Employment Skills
